This website is operated by Hollow Paw. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hollow Paw. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Custom Products & Artistic Interpretation
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Our products are handcrafted and hand-painted. Small variations in color, texture, shape, and detail are a natural part of the handmade ceramic process.
• You are responsible for providing clear and accurate reference photos for customization.
• While we aim to closely reflect the approved preview, minor variations may occur in the final handmade and fired piece due to the nature of handcrafting and kiln firing.

3. Order Approval
You will receive a preview or draft within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. You must review and approve the preview before production begins.

Once approved, no further design changes can be guaranteed. After approval, your order moves into production and will be subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made through our store.

5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollow Paw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.
