1. Processing & Production Time

After you place your order and upload your pet’s photos, our process includes:

• Design Preview: 3–5 business days
We will create and send you a design preview based on your pet's photos.

• Approval Time:
This depends on how quickly you approve the design. You may request revisions until you are satisfied.

• Final Production: 3–5 business days
Once approved, your pet's urn will be carefully handcrafted and completed.

2. Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped.

Estimated delivery time:
• United States: 10–15 business days
• International: 12–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs processing, and local carriers.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer simple and transparent shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
• VIP Shipping: $8.99 (priority processing & faster delivery)

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
